The Blog Improvement Challenge Refund Policy

Social Good Media, creator and owner of Blog Genie and the Blog Improvement Challenge 2013, provides the following refund policy:

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let me know via the support form located on the account page of the member area.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, I was to make things right.  All purchases of the Blog Improvement Challenge program are refundable, in whole or in part before January 31, 2013 at 11:59p.m (MT).

BUT, THERE’S A CATCH: For you to receive your refund, you must provide the completed homework from January’s learning module prior to the refund being issued. Why? Because I believe that if you actually do the work, I know you’ll get results. If you have done the work and still don’t feel this program is a good fit, your refund will be on its way (with the exception of the bonus offer recipients, please read below.)

BONUS OFFER RECIPIENTS: After receiving either of the bonus offers, you will not be eligible for a full refund. This is to prevent people from taking advantage of the free offers who have no desire to use the program as intended. I know that’s not you, but those people do exist and this fine print is for them.  If you decide that the program isn’t right for you, you are eligible for a partial refund of the purchase price which is equal to the balance remaining after the retail value of the bonus you received, is subtracted.

Social Good Media, will issue the appropriate refund, either full or partial, upon request. Simply contact me via the support form located on the account page of the member area.

No refunds will be issued after January 31, 2013 at 11:59p.m. (MT).
